  • Founder & CEO, amind®

    Marius began his mindfulness journey during his studies in International Business, which took him to China, Malaysia, Portugal, and India, where he first encountered mindfulness concepts. These experiences sparked his interest in the subject and inspired him to delve deeper into this area. After completing his studies, he entered the technology industry and worked for renowned companies such as Meta (Facebook), Amazon, and TikTok. In these organisations, he endeavoured to harmonise mindfulness concepts with ambitious revenue- and growth goals, ‘always in’ mentalities, complex situations and relationships, constant change, and performance expectations.

    In summary, Marius succeeded in developing profound sales- and project management skills, evolving into a trusted and mindful business partner in the process.

    Meanwhile, Marius, a certified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) coach, founded his own company, amind®. The main goal of his company is to make organisations more mindful while promoting sustainable growth. Marius' journey reflects his personal transformation from an International Business student to a social entrepreneur who contextualises and contemporarily translates mindfulness concepts. With this approach, he pursues the overarching goal of transforming organisations by empowering teams and individuals to become more self-caring and therefore ready for sustainable performance.

  • Psychologist

    Gerd, a psychologist and Senior Business Coach BDP, is an experienced mindfulness trainer, a certified trainer for Mindful Leadership, and a psychotherapist. With 50 years of experience in meditation and mindfulness practices, including 1 1/2 years in India, Thailand, Japan, and Korea, and 1 year in the USA, he has spent a significant amount of time in meditation centers, accumulating substantial expertise. He is the founder and director of the Center for Development and Awareness in Nuremberg, an institute for training mindfulness teachers and MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teachers, as well as a provider of mindfulness training in companies, educational institutions, healthcare, nursing, and administration.

    Since 2003, Gerd has been teaching MBSR, introduced in Germany as a program for stress management through mindfulness. Additionally, he offers mindfulness courses for the teaching staff at the Technical University of Nuremberg and trains individuals in the TfMO program "Trainers for Mindfulness in Organisations" as a partner of Awaris GmbH in Cologne.

    Gerd is immensely interested in the connections between individual and social or collective mindfulness and how mindfulness influences collaboration and the atmosphere in organisations. Therefore, he has become an expert in mindful communication and dialogue following David Bohm's principles. His life's work combines psychological expertise, mindfulness, and spiritual development, and through his efforts, he has enriched the lives of numerous individuals and organisations.

  • Social Entrepreneur & Investor

    Apart from his academic pursuits, including obtaining a teaching certificate and an MBA, Thomas has always had a strong interest in understanding thinking processes and enhancing well-being. For nearly a decade, he has been practicing yoga, an activity that complements his daily routine and provides a balanced approach to life. Over the years, Thomas has participated in several Vipassana and silent retreats, not in search of mystical experiences but rather to deepen his understanding of mindfulness and its practical applications.

    In the professional realm, Thomas has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills. Leading teams for many years, his focus extended beyond achieving goals to promoting the personal and professional growth of team members. Recognising the importance of proper guidance in meditation, he has successfully obtained certification as a meditation teacher from Puunu Wasu.

    Thomas also organises and leads events and meetings with the aim of sharing knowledge and techniques related to meditation, active consciousness, and mindfulness. These sessions serve not only as opportunities for self-reflection but also as platforms where individuals can learn practical tools to face the challenges of everyday life. At its core, Thomas' journey is about combining the best of academic knowledge with practical tools from meditation and mindfulness to help individuals lead a balanced and fulfilled life.

  • Stress- and Mental Coach

    As the founder and CEO of her sustainable food startup, Hannah personally experienced the consequences of neglected health and well-being. Initially exhausted and ultimately exhilarated, she successfully sold her company to invest all her time in her vision: transforming the healthcare system from sick care to wellness care.

    With a Master's degree in Nutrition and Biomedicine, as well as certification as a stress- and mental coach, Hannah brings a unique blend of scientific knowledge and practical experience to her practice. She combines her expertise in nutrition, the gut microbiome, chronobiology, and mindset to create effective coaching programs that transform the lives of her clients in terms of energy, clarity, and self-confidence.

    Hannah collaborates with high achievers in the sports and business sectors to optimise time and energy in the context of a busy life and ultimately accelerate their success while maximising their longevity. Her passion for staying up-to-date with scientific research ensures that she is equipped with the latest evidence-based strategies and techniques to support her clients on their journey to sustainable health and success.
